Deleting your MyMPO app account
We respect your right to request a deletion of your app account.
If you wish to do this, please email mympo@appsupport.team with the subject “Delete app account”. The email must be sent from your registered account username, i.e. the email you use when logging in.
Once we’ve deleted your app account, we’ll send you a confirmation email, and then no further messages.
If you have already used the app, then we are required to seek permission from your Data Controller (usually your hospital or care provider) to delete this data. They may request that the data is transferred to them or is kept for a specified retention period, which can be up to 8 years.
