We have a Research & Development team with deep experience of LLMs, Computer Vision and Machine Learning, generating patented technology being productised within the platform.

The Role

As an App Content Developer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-facing digital experiences. Sitting within our Content team, you’ll be responsible for assembling, formatting, and publishing content that forms part of each client’s personalised digital health journey

Using our internal content management system (CMS), you’ll bring together videos, images, and text to create consistent and engaging experiences - working closely with the product and technology  teams to ensure every journey is accurate, scalable and launch-ready.

This is a great role for someone detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with digital tools, even if you're not from a technical background.


This is a full-time remote position based in India reporting into the Lead Application Content Developer.

The App Content Developerwill have the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare and build content (videos, images, and text) tailored to each client’s digital journey.

  • Manage content scheduling  using the content management system (CMS).

  • Collaborate with the Product and Technology teams to improve the scalability and efficiency of the patient journey-building process.

  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on each journey to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to release.

  • Maintain clear documentation of the build process and flag any issues or potential improvements to the wider team.

The following skills/experience are essential:

  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.

  • Comfortable working with digital tools and CMS platforms (full training provided).

  • A team player who’s adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with or around content management systems.

  • Basic familiarity with digital content formats (e.g. image/video types, text formatting)

  • Experience with JavaScript or an interest in learning technical tools is a plus.

  • Some experience or familiarity with medical environments or terminology - e.g. from previous work in healthcare, academic studies, or similar.
