NHS funding for digital solutions to improve care and efficiency - but hurry!

The Government has allocated £30m for the Health Tech Adoption and Acceleration Fund (HTAAF) - an initiative that aims to facilitate the swift acceleration and adoption of innovative health technologies in the NHS that resonate with local priority needs.

Quick Overview:

  • Who Can Apply? Only Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) across England.

  • How Much Funding? Up to £700k per ICS, with each allowed one application.

  • When to Apply? Mark your calendars - applications deadline is midday, 27th October 2023.

  • Funding Specifics: This provision pertains to revenue funding for the Financial Year 2023-24. It's imperative for ICSs to ensure the sustainability and affordability of the adopted technology from April 2024 onwards.

  • Support for Application: The Health Innovation Networks (HIN) are providing application assistance to ICSs.

  3. Clinical productivity 

  4. Self-management
